Workshops

Monthly 2-Hour Sessions

Each month, we’ll explore one of the 12 core habits of high-trust leaders, from empathic listening to making responsible promises. But this isn’t passive learning, we’ll practice new leadership conversations, build muscle memory and start turning knowledge into lasting habits.

What to Expect:

You’ll walk away with a fresh mindset, new tools and leadership habits to apply immediately. This is where trust-building begins… in your everyday conversations.

  • Bi-Monthly 1-Hour Sessions 

    We all know that repetition is the genesis of mastery. In these small-group practice sessions, we’ll go deeper, have opportunities to get more practice in and introduce expert-level moves that bring each habit to life in real-world leadership moments.

    What to Expect:

    You’ll share how you’ve been applying what you’ve learned, get honest, supportive feedback and walk away with a clearer path forward. These are your moments to pause, focus and grow.

  • Building trust as a leader is personal. That’s why each participant receives four private coaching sessions to reflect, refine, and get unstuck. With the guidance of your coach, you’ll bring intention to your development and accelerate your impact.

  • You will be invited to our Trust Advantage Leadership Cohort Slack channel, where you will be offered weekly thought exercises and support from your fellow cohort members.
